That's because he doesn't exist. It's the Queenzone Ghost in disguise.

This silversurfer79 guy is a dealer who overcharges for pretty much anything he tries to hock.

Once, I almost got some LP's from him, but the pictures he provided looked they were taken with a cell phone.
