Just got the program but when i play audio i don't hear anything.  The audio doesn't play.  Help?

Which type of audio do you have ? Do you have codecs installed ? Does it happen during fullscreen playback or always ?

I doesn't work on wav or mp3s.  It always happens.  I am never able to hear anything.

Not sure what you're asking but I always have the volume turned on.
