Silly girl or poor supervision?
Both. The girl should've known better (unless you've been living under a rock the past 40 years you will be aware of the risk of tanning), and there should always be supervision at places like these, because it is a well-known fact that people are idiots.
i know shes Welsh but thats no excuse to wear a bra to these places.
what is it with women and bikini lines?

Hah. Idiot.
Maybe it'll teach her to think next time before inserting herself like a pan of cake batter into a fucking ultraviolet oven.

she`s hot - lol
Combination of both actually.
Poor supervision definitely, because skin burns very quickly (trust me on that one...I'm of Swedish extraction and practically glow in the dark I'm so pale), especially in a tanning bed. The one time I used one I had to sign a waiver stating the dangers, AND it was posted all over the room the tanning bed was in that burns are a danger and that no more than 5 minutes was recommended.
But also silly girl; she's got to know the risks of burning in trying to obtain a tan. (which she shouldn't be doing in the first place, since it causes skin cancer AND prematurely ages the skin) Even those who tan regularly know that you have to build up a base--unless you get the spray-on tan you can't walk in Snow White and come out a Bronzed Goddess.
And that girl went to the hospital with that? I've been burned WAY worse than that, (I burn so quickly that I have blistered) and I never went to the hospital. She could have saved tons of money by just drinking a ton of water and popping Ibuprofen to reduce the swelling.

Silly girl.
I get so confused by people who use sunbeds and fake tan. I prefer being pale, and never use fake tan, I'd look ridiculous and orange, like most girls who use it do. I'm actually more likely to actively stay out of the sun and put on high factor sun cream to stay pale. Maybe I'm odd though. I'd just rather not get cancer. Or smother my whole body in chemicals just to make myself look a disgusting shade of orange.

Apparently the tanning salon company had warning signs all over the shop, as well as having a over-16 policy. How they maintain such a policy with no staff around in these places i do not know.
Finally, a Queen-related thread in the Personal section.

Oh come on guys we've all tried to cook ourselves. Usually about once a week my folks have to stop me from trying to get into a preheated oven.
