Is it true that HFE was first part of AKOM sessions?

If it was, and actually made it onto AKOM album, do you think Queen would have sang it during 86 tour?

If yes, how do you think it would have sounded? I reckon it would have been great to hear this stunning song live, with Freddie and Roger singing in chorus in the mid section.

This is one of my all time favourite songs, yet it seems so under rated!

it would sound great live, as any song Queen performs[/img]

A little research would have shown you that The Cross, Roger's former side project band, performed this in concert a lot in the late 80's, maybe early 90's.

I know this. I have several concerts with Cross singing it. Re-read my post... I asked hypothetically about Queen performing it, not The Cross or Roger.

How would Freddie have sung it live?

Thanks for replying tho.

Has anyone heard of any decent covers of this song?

The mid section is why I love listening to Freddie's voice. The way he takes the song in two different directions... I'd love a decent karaoke version with the background vocals in tact throughout or a decent 5.1 mix.

Roger singing it live was good, but it lacks that power that I think it needs. Roger's is more reggae sounding, but he still sung it well.

I wonder if Roger would have separate archive material to Queen, demos and such? I'd love to hear the demos of this song.
