Modify profile's not working

I got this message:

<font><font size=5>Sorry! Page not found</font>

and it's been quite a long time since the avatar feature is not working either.

I've noticed it for a long time. It's making me depressed.

Also, before being un-able to modify profile, to change the photo in your profile wouldn't work either!
