That's a pack of dangerous lies you've been reading / watching there. Never forget that every conspiracy theorist has a hidden agenda. As for the "is AIDS a lie":
* The woman in the Wiki-page you linked to was one of those desperate paranoia-cases. Psychologists have written quite a lot about the phenomenon - when people are confronted with obstacles in life they cannot face, a significant percentage goes into denial, which may result in elaborate systems of self-delusion. This woman was one of those, I'm quite sure.
* The theory that AIDS was manufactured in the Cold War as a weapon is also quite popular. This flatly contradicts all scientific study into the disease (which has existed for at least decades in certain species of apes before it spread to humans), but conspiracy theorists just say that all scientists in the world are in on the plot, and people believe that.
* Quite a number of religious groups spread lies about HIV, AIDS and more recently, the vaccine against uteral cancer because of their own perverted extremist beliefs on the one hand, and a completely unintelligible reactionary agenda on the other.

According to my very idiotic French teacher from the Ivory Coast, AIDS already has a cure.
My friend told him at the beginning of class a few days ago, "I have AIDS," only because the teacher's an idiot and can't comprehend anything.
And he says, "O? Where you get it from?"
I told to my friend to say that he'd got it from Nigeria.
"I got it from Nigeria."
The teacher responds, "Ohhhhh, that's good."
"Having AIDS is good?"
"No, no. There is cure for AIDS."
"There is not."
"O, yes, yes there is. I know of cure."
