It's where QZ topics which haven't been good enough for heaven, but not bad enough for hell, go to get purified before they go to webforum-heaven. Sadly for them, the Pope abolished purgatory a while ago, so I'm afraid they'll all be sent to webforum-hell* for all eternity.
