Oh long story short, ended up having to work on my birthday, after juggling a day off or two around in the event my band was able to play this one show (never ended up happening unfortunately) - I was originally supposed to have that day off.

Agreed. Considering how well things have been going so far compared to last year, I do hope so myself! Things can only go up from here, I hope :-)
