So let's continue with the upload frenzy :-) I can't help with solo recordings (I have only a couple of them and almost all of them come from here), but I can try to help with Queen recordings. This one has been requested in the request forum. Band : Queen Venue :  La Rotonde du Bourget, Paris, France Date : 25. November 1980 Quality : VG+ Lineage : AUD > ? > CD(x) > WAV > FLAC level 8 I have received it in a trade labelled as "best version around". I'm not sure if it's the case, but I have the version which I dowloaded a few years ago from Queenzone, and this is definitely MUCH better quality and features the complete Keep Yourself Alive. The tracklisting is exactly the same as on the Breakdown bootleg "Hello Paris" , is it possible that this comes from this bootleg ? Could somebody confirm it ? Audio : Disc 1 :   1. Jailhouse Rock   2. We Will Rock You (fast)   3. Let Me Entertain You   4. Play The Game   5. Unfortunately this footage is in pretty bad quality and silent and VERY fragmentary, so I uploaded it to youtube : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WkCx43wSwbQ Does anybody have a better looking version which is for trade ? Enjoy

Hi Peter !!

Wow, you're in pretty fine form he he !! It seems Queenzone gets animated nowadays !!
Thanks for your efforts uploading all that excellent stuff, and nice job locating or compiling the best versions around (until now). I can't help you with the "Hello Paris" unfortunately, I don't have that one. It seems I have a version coming from this bootleg but with lineage partially unknown. So I'm not sure I can really compare that version with yours, but I'll give a try once I find some time. I'll tell you what I got comparing both !

Thank you very much for these upgrades!!

Is it possiblde that anyone would share some other shows from 1980 as well? I don't think any of these have been shared here before: Zurich 23-11, Berlin 30-11 (asked for in the Request forum many times), Birmingham 05-12, Brussels 12-12 and finally Munic 18-12. Thank you very much in advance!!!!

Yeah, it's a lot of good stuff. Well, I'll never have the time. I'm talking to Raf now, by the way, and I'm telling him that I'll be soon going back to jail and then I can't download virtually anything.

Dear Dafty, or any other dear user, if you had to download just one of those shared here today, which one would you download?

I want to listen to some of it, but I won't have neither the time nor the resources to do it.

So...imagine the world is about to explode. The only way to avoid it so that you can end up as a hero and being with the woman/guy of your dreams is broadcasting a very well chosen concert.

Which one would it be taking into account only those who have been uploaded today? :))))))))

Best regards you all, take care.

Hi Yara !!!

I'll definitely go for a Brian May show (no offence Pittrek !!), if only for the originality. Of course you have already listened to Queen shows, these are excellent shows, and Peter made a tremendous job as always ! But a Queen member going solo means you have a totally different thing on offer, and THAT'S really interesting to hear (even if not as good as Queen, some might say). So you have here Brian May shows from two periods, the first album and the second album.
If you want to listen to something more in the genesis, with a more frail voice probably, things like that, something more "risky", definitely choose the 93 recording from St Paul, shared by Daffy on Thursday, with "Let Me Out", a real nice and rare occasion to listen to this track live.
If you prefer a more "mature" solo recording, then go for a 98 recording in Groningen, there is one with "Sleeping On The Sidewalk" which is also another rarity !
The shows from the "Another World Promo tour" are also interesting, the VH1 for example. These are shorter recordings of course !
Of course I haven't taken into account the quality of the sound, but the originality of the material.
So, up to you !!!
