Well, basically if I remember correctly, although Andreas is free of course to recount his story himself and correct me as well, he got pissed off with the band after this guitarist they were auditioning was pitching Beatles songs as "new ideas" (one of them being "She's So Heavy" I think), but since none of them really listened to that group I think, they didn't pick up on that. Ended up being posted on that fake TM band, something Momento, on MySpace (not sure which of them put that up).
And with all the infighting going on and all, they ended up sacking him after he tried to get back money he lent to them for band-related purposes (including demo studio recording time), which never happened. And like Andreas said again, they spent a lot of it on drugs (including that one that's also known as the Spirit Molecule, hence that YouTube account name that they use for TM videos)
