I have a recording of this show with this lineage:

AUD > DAT Master > CDR(x)

If someone could seed or upload a track for me to hear, I'll do a comparison.

Either way, even if it sounds the same, I'll still post my version as it'll clean up the generational waters.

If anyone cares..

Excellent, thanks for being so quick.

Is this the version with all the digital noise during Neil Murray's solo and Last Horizon (I think) ? I haven't thought about this stuff in years.. !

Either way..

The copy here has some generation to it. Likely a cassette or two, as there is some tape hiss and it runs a bit faster (the speed of a DAT tape doesn't fluctuate when copying). Next week I'll share my copy.

I wish I could ask the Japanese fellow how many CDR gens from the master it is, but I haven't been able to get in touch with him for years. But I know for certain it's a direct copy of the DAT master with no generation other than CDR copies.
