cover arts used in the recent Queen and Queen + Paul Rodgers releases, please
spend a minute reading and signing our petition. We believe that as long-time fans of this group, we have
the right to express our thoughts on this controversial issue.[/b]
Petition will be send to QP via email and paper mail.

We might have the right to express our thoughts, but just remember one thing - Queen Productions also has the right to completely ignore our rights. Its their product that is being talked about here. If we dont like it, we dont have to buy it. And actually I dont really agree with all that is mentioned in the link. I mean the artwork for the recent releases doesnt really bother me. Yes it could have better, but in the grand scheme of things it just isnt that high on my list.
Having shows from the 70's on DVD and the boxset stuff on either CD or DVD would be great and I would back your call for that. However, as with all things Queen (not Queen + Paul Rodgers though) I am not holding my breath either.
Good luck in your quest though.

A petition? That'll just irrate Brian and Roger and everyone else. They'll do less if that's what you press them to do. If they start giving in to what the public wants, it'll be worse than the things they have done with 5ive, and that nasty commercial featuring Britney and those other girls.

A petition doesn't help.
Just boycot Queen. Stop buying their products.
That's what I do.

A petition comparing itself to destroying communism? Put in a little anti-semitism, and we've got us a winner.

How many Pollocks does it take to write an on-line petition?

Kinda know why I'm not on QZ anymore...
I never thought I'm going to say this- but Greg was/is right. Queenzone is a funny little place. Completely irrelevant. All you seem to be capable of doing is abusing Greg, moaning about QP and what they do and don't release... and yet when there is at least a chance to be heard- you ridicule that as well. habit, isn't it? Quite frankly if I was at QP I wouldn't care about all the stuff you write here either...

Seriously, it´s just fucking coverart.
Queen are famous for their ugly coverart. Yes, The albums with Freddie also had ugly cover art, but we're all used to it. Give it 20 years and we think Return of the Champions has good coverart too

And people said *I* am ridiculous for boycotting the games in China last year...

Agree there.
And The Works and The Game's album art work, were very amateur too.

Petition has been signed by me.
I think that Queen Productions/Touring Ltd. makes big mistake with releases without bonus material.
They have film from Q+PR interview (some parts have been added to Album Club) about recording session of 'The Cosmos Rocks' album, live take of 'Cosmos Rockin' ' in the studio.
Why they don't want to put this as bonus material of 'Live In Ukraine' ?
Maybe they gonna to release another DVD/CD from 'real' The Cosmos Rocks 2008 Tour ?
I guess that this petion won't change QP/QT minds but it's great time to say what we're thinking of their 'new brillant' releases.
P.S. Singles Collection Vol. 2 doesn't contain book with informations of singles

who cares. Brian is in charge, he likes astrophysics for a reason, so he puts nebulas on the cover. His music, his choice. He was a PhD nerd, so he can put whatever he wants. Would you rather prefer some naked babe riding a pony, a bentley in the background, and dollar signs?
