Hi all
I picked up a 12" laserdisc at a boot fair some years ago. It has the Queen crest on one side, on the other is a label suggesting that it is a recording of a German? TV show called "Die Zahnartzes Wartezimmer". It is dated April 1986 just as the promotional work for the Magic tour and "Kind of Magic" album was taking off. No oneI have spoken with - including Jackie at the fan club - knows anything about it. Does anyone here have any information on what I've picked up here? Is it an interview laserdisc, a recording of a TV appearance or what?
Thanks in advance
Sounds interesting, hopefully there is a zoner near to you with a laserdisc player, that can put you out of your misery. You could then copy it to dvd and share it here LOL!
It would be good - depends what it is of course!!
I wonder if there is such a thing as a bootleg laserdisc?
I have access to a laserdisc player, what part of the uk are you in?
I'm in the depths of Kent - it's a 12" laserdisc, not one of the smaller ones released later.

Impressive, 4801 posts and still making a useful contribution to the forum.
Did we ever find out what this item contained?
@Gordon5
I have never heard the German TV Show "Zahnarztes Wartezimmer" (=Dentist Room)
I think you mean the German TV Special "Maulkorb" (Muzzle)1982 includes a promo work for the hot space tour!
Edit
Sorry! The TV Show "Ohne Maulkorb" comes from Austria (1967-1987)

perhaps they have more information
Nope, never did find out what was on it. The disc is dated April 1986 and there is (was) a program of that name running at that time. If ever I find out and get it onto a playable medium I'll let everyone know!!
