This is definitely not the Breakdown version. Never mind the source, the number of tracks isn't even the same.

Yeah I was going to say... the recording is 4 minutes longer than your site lists for the runtime of the Breakdown version... or the other audience version for that matter! Is this a new source?
It's all the same audience source. They just play at different speeds.

I might be wrong but I think this one runs at the correct pitch.

Unless you're a musician with perfect pitch, you'd have to either compare it to a recording playing at the right speed (like an official release) or take a song like Now I'm Here and play an open D string on a tuned guitar to see if it matches.
