I would just like to balance things out a little because it seems to me the anti Q+PR crew do not reflect the opinion of the 10,000's of people I saw at the shows I was at and my own personnal opinions!!
THANKS Paul for joining up with Brian & Roger to give us 2 amazing tours and a grossly under rated but excellent Album. btw Small is one of my favourite Queen Songs Ever!!! I saw a few gigs and the whole band and show blew me away. My first Queen show was 31 years ago so I'm not a fan who never saw Freddie but I am a fan who accepts that he is sadly departed. I can fully understand why you were an influence to Mr Mercury you are a unique and superb performer.
I hope to see you perform again with Queen but in the mean time good luck with Bad Company and if you tour the UK I will be there being a late introductee to your music pre Q+PR.
As for Queen I'm looking forward to Rogers new solo album and maybe a solo tour, I really hope despite their age/wealth and some of the tits who post on here they continue to provide me with the soundtrack of my life well into my old age!!

The two Q+PR gigs I saw were honestly two of the best I have even seen.
You won't soon be forgotten in my mind.

L-R-TIGER1994 why do you want to flame a post that you clearly have no interest in? This is for those who appreciated what PR has done and obviously have the complete opposite opinion to you. Does it frustrate you? We could argue all day about the validity of the Queen name but it isn't ours to argue about as far as I am concerned anything involving Brian & Roger IS QUEEN and Paul has made a very valid contribution to the Queen legacy as far as I'm concerned.
Its sad that you feel the need to vandalise but a sign of your clear inadequacy

A great singer and a welcome addition to what is now known as Queen.
It's funny because this little adventure has lasted longer than most new groups do in their lifetime......not just now but throughout the last few decades.

Indeed, well done Paul Rodgers - it takes a brave man to step into Queen and face the criticism and inevitable comparison with Freddie Mercury
The questions we have to ask is:

Which singer would have done it better?

You can't place all the blame, or give all the credit to Paul for the Cosmos Rocks album.
I think, in retrospect, a little more work on the lyrics and production would have made it a worthy addition to the Queen catalogue but time passes and who knows what Queen may have produced had Freddie still been around to be involved
I, for one, am sad to see this project come to an end and look forward to another collaboration
