Thanks a lot, everyone! It was a pretty good day. I mostly just hung out and did absolutely nothing after a long, tiring weekend. The real celebration was on Saturday. My brother and I went to see Toad the Wet Sprocket, a band we've both loved since childhood, at the McGlohon Theatre in Charlotte. The show was amazing! I'd never been to a show in a theater before, so I didn't know what to expect. The atmosphere was so cool! I love small shows. We had pretty good seats, but really, I don't think there was a bad seat in the whole place. It seemed you would have a good view of the action pretty much anywhere you sat. The opening act was pretty not good though. It felt like he just played the same song six times in a row, and it wasn't a very good one. I don't know how he got the gig. All I can figure is someone owed him a favor. Ha! He seemed like a nice guy tough... Once Toad came out, all was well. The band played great, and It was an awesome set. Here are a couple of pics (mine) and videos (someone else's): Thank you all again for the Birthday wishes! They are all very much appreciated! :D And, Erin, I wish I really had that cake...

I already mentioned it on Facebook, but here's another Happy Birthday to Dan the man.

P.S. My parrot is still quite sexy.
