This time, I have choosen to share « Especially Milan », which contains the two shows in Milan on 14th and 15th September 1984.

15/09/1984 : « For the second night, they have created a complete recording by using all available tape in the best possible quality. Like the first two discs, they applied a bit of hiss reduction. They used the LP source for Bohemian Rhapsody, and removed all the vinyl ticks in the sound. All these careful edits make this undoubtedly the definitive copy of the show. » These last comments make me think that Pittrek just made the same sort of work here !

My beautiful home... upgraded!

Is it really an upgrade ? I haven't compared to "Viva Italia" yet but it seems the work has been done quite similarly on those two ! I'm still convinced Alex's artwork for "Viva Italia" is even better than Wardour's, but I haven't compared the audio yet.
I'm trying to deal with Essen 1980 as soon as possible, this will finally be my next upload :o)

Thanks, Olivier Ruth, but this time, my dear, and I know I appreciate your shares a whole lot, I'll have to go for Pittrek's share. It's just my criteria for downloading things here. It's comprised of the following questions:

a) Is it the game tour?
b) If it isn't, is it being shared in a CUTE WAY? Then it doesn't matter the quality or the content - if two versions are being shared, and only one of them is being shared in a cute fashion, I go for this one.

Pittrek got me already on the title. "Viva Italia" was too cute for me to resist. It's automatic download, just like stuff from the Game Tour.

"Especially Milan" is ok, but in terms of cuteness, it's no match for "Viva Italia".

I hope you don't mind. Though, if you change the title of yours to "Viva Italia - Seconda Versione", then I download both.   ;-)))

Is it possible that audiochecker tells some tracks are MPEG?

Can anybody explain me the difference between CDDA and MPEG as the audiochecker files of these concerts are very very strange? It seems lossy.
