With the word 'live' in the topic title, I expected to see Mr. Deacon on a random stage holding a bass guitar.

Why was I so hopeful?

Same here.

This wedding photo is getting boring now. Great to see first time round, but after that...........

I can never understand why people all the time seem angry/disappointed/amused because John has retired from the music business. He's a 60-year-old guy who fulfilled his musical ambitions 20 years ago, so what do you want him to do? I think he took part in exactly the right projects after Freddie's death and I'm happy that he wisely stayed away from all the stupid "Queen +" things. If I was him I'd probably every once in a while only be a special guest at some SAS band gig but that's it. Though he could have been there when Queen was introduced to the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame.

Was Laura not invited until the last minute, or is she the rebellious rocker of the family?

this is just a picture of John at the wedding of his eldest son, for nothing is John playing live.

The page is in Spanish, but they served a search on google or something
