it's a pirate ! I saw it a few weeks ago.
We find more and more colored vinyl absolutely unofficial !

It does look horrible. Now one white vinyl and one normal vinyl would at least keep the "theme" of the album intact. But orange vinyl? When has that ever looked good?

It's not exactly a pirate!
This is one of the many variants of different albums the Czech label Globus made. In the beginning (they did Queen's debut) they were semi-licensed to do so.
Those early pressings (selected colours vinyl), still fetch 'collectors'-prices as if they are official.

Does anyone have more info on these please?  The Globus editions of 'Queen' are well-documented but I can't find anything comprehensive on Queen II, even armed with a cat number.  Thanks!
