Oh bloody hell!! I live in Sevilla and I´m forced to listen to M ochenta everyday - their most often playlisted Queen songs appear to be I WANT TO BREAK FREE and FRIENDS WILL BE FRIENDS so if they won with only that exposure...well, I don´t know what to say about that really.

No BoRhap or Killer Queen, but i must say Friends Will Be Friends and I Want to Break Free are great songs that make you happy when your angry or sad like most Queen songs

I don't think I have ever seen two football players on the same wavelength as Xavi and Iniesta. It borders on the supernatural the way they pass the ball to one another as though they are brothers from another mother.
The radio airwaves crackle with life when the bright antennae of these soccer minds bristles with energy.

That is fricking amazing!!!!  I must go to Spain one day now.  Does Madrid still smell like urine?

Of course they are the best band in spain but its not only in spain, they are the best band on the whole planet and will forever be.

Sorry Fishy-boy, I don't speak Japanese and I can't be bothered translating.

Senors Xavi and Iniesta are two peas in a pod or maybe, Siamese twins, conjoined at the ball.

yes, and you´ve heard "spirit of the radio" haven´t you ?

Anata mo hanasemasen spain-go (Japanese)
Y tampoco no puedes hablar español (Spanish)
and you don´t speak spanish either

Saw Iniesta and Xavi take England apart in Seville a couple of months back. David Villa completely embarassed John Terry for the first goal too. We didn´t have Rooney, Gerrard or Walcott that night but frankly it wouldn´t have made much difference. They are a shoe-in for the World Cup IMO.

I barely speak English, Mr Fish.

Spain have an abundance of talented midfielders, so much so that players of the calibre of Mikkel Arteta can't get a look-in. They are a great footballing side and spiritually I would pay to listen to them on the radio.

As for England, It looks like Fabio Capello has made a big difference to the team. I think you'll do well at the Euro finals. As for me, well what do I know about football. I support Glasgow Rangers; hence the moniker, Royalist.

Back to Queen. I know polls are completely subjective and can be manipulated but it's still good to "win" them.
Thanks Spain.

Yes Queen are very popular here and ironically much more popular now than they ever were in their heyday in most territories.

thats because "music" sucks so much these days that people appreciate the old good stuff a lot more now.

Well, thankfully you keep churning out the "hits".  Oops, I mispelled that.
