I need to borrow a US/UK Resident, fast.

I'm entering a competition and only UK/US residents are eligible.  I don't really care, but it's a good competition and I've never ever won anything,



so I need someone to sort of enter the competition for me.  I can win this thing (it says 'the video can be of a friend or family member')  but the person doing the actual entering bit must be from one of those countries.



Just don't be alarmed if any signed instruments turn up at your door; it's just me WINNING.
