I was just listning to the b-side version closely and i think this sounds better than the MIH version. What does everybody think.

Absolutely - B side is far superior - great melodic guitar work why did they take it off - I blame deacky.

I have always loved the original underated B side version. A beautiful vocal from Freddie. I don't dislike the MIH version but it just isn't as good as the original in my opinion, I think they should have just left it exectly as it was. I miss the ad libs from Freddie during the solo and at the end, they're part of the song so I'm not sure why the guys chose to remove them. But hey it's not my song, they obviously saw it as the right thing to do and I'm sure they would not have put it out on the record if they were not happy with it. It all comes down to opinion and taste.

yeah always preferred the b-side to the Scandal single, thw MIH version sounded more like a Cliff Richard song

I also prefer the B side version. The guitar parts are beautiful.

No, the Made In Heaven version is obviously far better. The B-side just sounds like a demo while the MIH version sounds like the finished song. The keyboard beginning is much better and Freddie's ad-libs just don't belong there (good that they removed them).

The MIH version always reminded me of the end credits music from the Dune film in the 80's.
