I think it s from Zurich

OK, at the start of the interview, Freddie says that they have only done three concerts of the brand new show... So it should be an interview recorded between Drammen and Zurich. After that he says that he is sure that in Paris all will be really OK (Paris being the sixth concert of the tour, on 19th of April.

OK there is a part of the rehearsal footage where you can see behind Freddie the words "Mövenpick". This is a group of companies from Switzerland, therefore I think we can say this is definitively Zurich... first night or second night ? Most probably first night I would say.
There are pictures of people coming in and out of the hall, from the stairs. So I think this is a video bit taken after the rehearsals and spliced in afterwards.
