clickable link in signature

why I cannot post a clickable link in my signature? and I'm going this way: (example)

I will sort this out.  Don't put any HTML in it, i will set it to add it automatically.  I think it works in most instances, but there are some URL's that are a little different, and i have to add some additional information for these ones.

I will post here when i have finished this.
