GOT THE FUCKING WRISTBAND TO MEET OZZY OSBOURNE LATER AT 6PM IN HMV MUSIC STORE!!!!! FUCK YEAH!!!!!! :D \m/ \m/

SOURCE:  http://www.metalhammer.co.uk/news/ozzy-osbourne-signing-in-london/

I queued since 6am today. I had only 4 hours sleep and nothing to eat. IT'S ALL WORTH IT.

Met some great people in the queue.

I'm fucking nervous as hell, yet extremely excited... Hurry up 6pm... xD

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What was it like?  What was he like?
He was actually a friendly dude. Down to earth and had a great sense of humor. XD

He pointed out and said "I like your t-shirt!!!!" .. I was wearing the old school Black Sabbath t-shirt of them in the early 70s.

He asked me a couple of questions. Shouldn't it of been the other way round? I SHOULD OF BEEN DOING THAT. I was just too nervous, you know. Thank God the conversation didn't suck. It was great.

Weirdest part was... As he shook my hand, he said.. "GOD BLESS YOU!!!" .. LMAO. I know that isn't very funny to some, but to me it is. Can you imagine the PRINCE OF DARKNESS saying "God bless you" to someone? "MAY SATAN BLESS YOU" should of been what he said... LOL jokes. xD .. You get my drift though. :P .. Maybe he was just being polite and friendly. :) Who cares, he rules!!!! :D

He signed his autobiography book "I Am Ozzy" .. "To Jessica Love Ozzy Osbourne" . :D \m/ \m/

I can't wait to read the book. :)

That is amazing!  Wow!  I so need to move to London, nothing cool ever happens here!  That's great that you were able to talk to him personally, there's always the fear that you'd queue for hours and not get to talk to him!  Or that it would be a total let-down and the person wouldn't be anything like what you thought or something.  I'm so glad for you!  [/img]

And I know what you mean about the God bless you bit, it doesn't quite fit with the image!  :)  Incidently, did you know Alice Cooper is a Christian?  As in, goes to church, Bible studies, prays, etc.  And there's a few songs he won't perform anymore, because they promote a lifestyle he feels is wrong. He doesn't publicise it a lot, because he says people would focus on Alice when they should be focusing on Jesus, but he has mentioned it in a few interviews and stuff.  :)

I do not feel good.  I am going to the doctor this week.  I have not felt great for a while and put it down to stress, because at the moment I have a lot of stuff going on, but last night I went to the gym (to work off my stress!) and my heart decided to go a bit crazy and I got dizzy and stuff.  This is NOT supposed to happen!  This was NOT  in my plan!  I am NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I mean, I'm sure its nothing, but too many people in my family have dropped dead of heart attacks with no warning or symptoms for me to risk ignoring it.  I really, really, really don't want to spend the rest of my life on meds (although I can think of worse options).  :(  Worry, worry, worry.

Oh, catqueen, don't be nervous! You have to be optimistic! An optimism- cures, stress- ruines. Try to relax- and you will be fine.
About your answer on the other thread- no problem, I'm thankful for explanation, I wish I could see it earlier!
Take care.

I normally am really optimistic, just the last couple of months I've kinda gone through the mill, and am so tired of it.  And now am not feeling well on top of it.  Normally if something bothers me I listen to a cd or vent to a friend and I'm ok again, but this life is getting crazy!

Ok, so i give the form to her, ask her nicely to sign here and here. to authorise taht she gives consent for something on someone else;s behalf, who is unable to sign.  And what do I get back?  The WRONG NAME in her handwriting.
Grrrrrrrrr
Seethe, seethe.
Why don't people listen?

And on top of now having to organise it AGAIN, I have to go get some medical tests done tomorrow.  :(

Lady Nyx, hope job's ok!

Whew, spend half the day in A and E after being referred by my gp, and I'M FINE!!!!!!!     *dances around room*
I am so relieved!  Still waiting for one result, but everything else is fine, I am so happy!  So basically i just have to take it easy and see if i can avoid excess stress until some of what's been going on is over.  I don't even have to take time off work.  I am so so so so so relieved!  Of course it does still leave the question of what was wrong, as i wasn't well, but at least its nothing too serious.  I'm sure the final doctor i saw thinks i'm a totally paranoid hypocondriac, but never mind.
