As you all know, megaupload is token offline by the FBI.
Since Multiupload.com has also some problems with their services at the moment, I will upload for the time being to a alternate service like multiupload, called uploadmirrors.com.

I don't know of any other versions other than QTV.
There are versions with and without the logo.

I've run the gamut with this one. This is probably the best we'll get for this show barring an official release. Next year, perhaps? 40th anniversary and all, which seems to be the trend now.
