I wil follow here about the speed issues, cause no one get th idea the Seattle 1977 is the one with speed problems.

I indeed found some tracks where Freddie's voice sound "higher", but in others really sounds natural.
As far as I know, tapes usualyy have/had that kind of speed fluctations.

While you are correct that speed fluctuation can be an issue with old recordings, Seattle and Boston don't have symptoms of that. Fluctuation means it jumps around throughout the recording.
Seattle runs at the right speed, and Boston is a tad fast. Compare the piano intro of BoRhap on both with official releases.

Sure, I also find Seattle 1977 fine, that's why I tried to avoid posting the speed problems of Boston 1976 in the Seattle 1977 thread...
