Hey Peter!

I was wondering if you consider re doing the dvd you made

The second youtube film you posted contains footage that could be usefull for a new edit of your dvd...
Maybe Sikke could share his MPEG version of that youtube movie (the second one) That would be great!

hi Ducksoup,

Well I have the Mpeg on my computer which is stored in my basement. I still have to take out the harddiscs and write them to my new QUEEN harddisc. At this moment I ;m digitalising everything I have, and hope to make soon some shares on this site.

I can sent someone the video tape which it is sourced from : i recorded it at the time directly from my VCR to an external Videocd recorder. At the time my computer with windows 98 could not play or use MPEG II files so i recorded it in a mpegI encoding which is awful of course. i don;t have the equipment to trnsfer a videotape to my computer maybe someone can ?

Great Miklos!

Maybe you could do the transfer for Sikke and share it on Queenzone?
Would be great to have the pro footage in the best possible quality!

I'm not only "considering", I'm of course "working" on it, actually on all 1979 footage :-)

Sure. It's from a Japan TV show, known between fans as "Golden Jewels" or "Live Jewels" - I don't know the original name and its official translation. The DVD was also shared here

Hi Pittrek,

Yes it was taken from the japanese jewels docu. My MPEg featered the original broadcast on the Dutch TV!!

The strangest thing is the Jewels docu lacks the fast version of WWRY (which in the broadcast was overdubbed with singl e version of don;t stop me now) , but includes 2 tracks which weren;'t shown o Dutch tv!

When I asked GB if they'd gave the japanse tv station the master tapes he'd answered NO! And it was a surprise to him that the JAPANESE JEWELS could broadcast extra (unseen) tracks. So I think the dutch arcieves footage was gaven to the japanese ? Someone could ask himself how much footage the Dutch recorded at the time ?
