Umm, from what I've seen with the first batch, poor quality jacket print (seriously looks like a colour photocopier was used....these don't compare to the originals!), and from what I've heard apparently they sound like they came from CD masters rather than proper vinyl-oriented remasters.

Indeed - digital transfers. And cheap sleeves. (Although the European versions DO have decent sleeves!)
