i loved the green lantern in the justice league comics but i don't think the character can carry a big budget movie,no one will have heard of him.straight to dvd methinks.

Rumor is this started as The Freddie Mercury Movie starring Johnny Depp, but due to production costs they went ahead and altered the storyline a bit.

Hollywood is really running out of creative concepts for movies these days. If its not remakes, then its comic book hero's.

I thought Flash Gordon was fantastic.
