Live In Ukraine packaging

Howdy all!
does anyone know if Live In Ukraine got a square cd-style packaging release anywhere, or is it all rectangular DVD packaging?

I think it's a normal Cd package

rectangular standard dvd box.

the dvd+2cd version features the cd´s inside the same rectangular box.

i liked the 1º box with t-shirt, cd and Dvd... here in brasil just have cd and Dvd... non t-shirt   ):
