Hi, just requested a linkt to the hub. I was wondering, what is the preferred format for sharing files, is it flac or mp3?

Prefered: FLAC

But MP3 is not forbidden.

Sharing is great, but please try to make yourself aware of whether or not there is an existing FLAC version before spreading mp3s. There really is no need to add a worse version to the pot when only one good version is necessary.

Unfortunately there are no rules to prevent this kind of thing, so it's up to the users to make sure there is some kind of quality maintenance.
