Check it out!

Note: This is a soundboard recording of a one-time live perfomance from 2004.

Dream Theater released a cover version of Tenement Funster/Flick Of The Wrist/Lily Of The Valley earlier this year.

It's amazing: While other bands keep on covering WWRY over and over again, Dream Theater pick the good stuff from the early Queen albums.

Amazing job.  Rudess does everything he can to mimic the original with his keys and even vocal samples.

Its brilliant!! I really think that they did an excellent job, with both this and the cover they did earlier this year!!
One night Roger was in a foul mood and he threw his entire bloody drumset across the stage. The thing only just missed me - I might have been killed. - Freddie Mercury

It sounded ok till the vocals came, then they were exposed and left woefully short, like realism.
Really no one should try to cover these songs.
Dream Theater have a nasty habit for a lack of originality and ripping covers , it may gain recognition but for some it’s like a bad after taste which leaves many questioning their ability and direction.

Such a great song...it's my ringtone. :)  Freddie's vocals on this were so definitive, and the song so personal, I just don't know about any covers...

I give them credit for their bravery - it takes a gigantic pair to cover any Queen song!
