DVD Rock You from Rio DTS?

Anybody has bought Rock You From Rio DVD? On the package they claim it has DD5.1 and DTS 5.1. Is that true? Any improvements in sound? Pictures on sleeve looks like VHS.

It's a pirate transfer of the official VHS, so it can look in the best case as good as the VHS tape

i got full dvd concert uncut but dont know how to upload it for u guys any tips cheers
