Freddie Mercury box set/Thierry Lang .swa to mp3 help

I'm looking for some help converting the .swa tracks of Theirry Lang's beautiful piano tracks from the Freddie Mercury solo box set.

I've searched around and people have said that just renaming it as a .mp3 file works but it doesn't seem to for me. Does anyone know how to do this?

I googled it and here's the best explaination I found:

Import it into Flash, and from there you can export the audio from the FLA as a wav or mp3.

Also, try opening it in something like GoldWave or Cool Edit.  Apparently it's not too far off from being an mp3 file, in terms of how the audio is compressed.

I would also recommend a Taser, so someone can check to see if you're still alive after track 3.

I have got dbPowerAmp but for some reason I can't seem to install the swa codec.

CoolEdit didn't work Bob, but your advice prompted me to try opening it in Nero Wave Editor where you can then save it as an mp3/wav etc.
