To whomever let themselfes be bothered by the stupidity of these lists..

Define Heavy Metal.

I sure as fuck can´t see Nirvanas "Nevermind" and Metallica "MOP" under the same category.
Not that I don´t like them both, it´s just...fucked up.

Queen is not really a "heavy metal" band to begin with.. so that is why you won't see them on there. You can't really classify most of their material in any one rock category, the music is so varied... it would be more upsetting if they didn't crack the top 100 of a rock 'n roll list.

And would you say The Dark Side Of The Moon is a heavy metal album?

Something's wrong with that list, Dio is underneath Metallica.

What a crap list...what the hell are Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Nirvana and Pink Floyd doing there? The absence of Queen is the least of the problems on that list... They've only listed one Rainbow album("Rising") when they should've listed all three Dio-era ones and even "Rising" is ranked too low. No Megadeth in top 10? Fuck you, Metal Hammer!

All of Death and Megadeth's albums are ranked quite low. And where's Carcass? I think even Children of Bodom's first 3 albums should've made the list compared to the tripe that has been included.

one things for sure, Queen don't belong on that list. Even their heaviest albums like sheer heart wern't metal albums.  Queen were too good to be a metal band.

yea, that's a joke. Queen are even heavier than floyd.

This list is a bit Metallica biased.

Megadeth is a much better band

BTW- Queen is pretty heavy.  Heavier than some on this list.

This list is pretty cool.

Some minor fuck-ups, but yeah, most bands I like there.

Even Jethro Tull is more Metal than Pink Floyd! Now that's a list that the Grammys would be proud of. LOL! The reaction of Alice Cooper when he read "Jethro Tull" as a nominee is priceless.

In a way yeah, but there's no fuckin' way that 'Kill Em All' is a better album than '...and Justice For All'. I mean Kill Em All was good for an underground metal band playing small clubs, but the following 4 Metallica albums showed their true potential.

I disagree, I like Kill Em All far more than ...And Justice For All.  In fact, Kill Em All is my second favorite Metallica album.
