1 Stay together as a four piece group with no changes. Must be difficult.
2 Queen II. Changed my view on pop / rock music forever.
3 Make the 'These Are The Days Of Our Lives' video.
4 Live Aid. Makes me proud to be a Queen fan.
5 Fire Greg Brooks (thanks in advance!)

I can't think of any other band that produced five really epic albums in a row like this.

"5 Fire Greg Brooks (thanks in advance!)" LOL
1.Live Aid
2.Album "The Miracle"(their best)
3.Inexhaustibility of innovatory ideas all the time.
4 and 5.Freddie's talent.
The worst things : taking P.Rogers singin Queen originals and using the name Queen after 1991.

Slightly off-topic.
I've only recently come to realize that U2 has been around for about 30 years, with the original line-up at that too. The big difference is, they've been crap for way more than half of the time. Not my opinion, just a fact. I happen to kinda like U2 for all its shittiness. They're boring, but they've definitely got their own sound. But regardless of it, U2 is one band that makes this staying-together kind of thing less valuable. Am I making any sense? No? Good.

1) Disband Smile and start afreash.
2) Create their own rock sound, no synth, etc.
3) Stay apolitical and retain their sense of humour.
4) Borhap, they may not have got that big otherwise.
5) Brian and his old man decide to recycle the old fireplace.

1. Produce good music
2. Stayed together
3. Perform a lot of live shows during their career
4. Filmed some of their live shows and a lot of music videos
5. Still trying to keep the band's music alive e.g. thro' WWRY musical

wow, some positve comments in this thread, I'm not used too seeing that on Queenzone.
some things that's obvious.
The first 6 or 8 queen albums, especially A night at the opera (bo rhap) was the most Important album they did.
Live Aid was the most Important performance, and put them back on the map.
Innuendo, very Important for queens legacy. Proving that they had longevity. "the show must go on.
