As despicable as it Kanye's tantrum was (though entertaining, I must say), the worst part of the night was how MTV wants to shove this whole Twilight crap up our asses.

Seriously, I can't wait for this shitty fad to go away.
Those books will be collecting dust years from now.

I can't help but laughing when I look at your avatar. I have no idea where is it from, but it's just so amusing and funny. It must be Queenzone's best avatar!

Try MONTHS.
True; there'll be a rotation of young folk who will buy it simply because it's being sold to them actively and aggressively, but it won't be a lasting fanbase.  If we're lucky, it'll go away sooner rather than later.

I mean; people who just want to whack off over Pattinson or that Kristen Stewart girl, fine.  Whatever floats your boat - if stalking does it for you, then great.  But I'd be happy if I never had to put up with a single person who insists that the books are actually good in the literal sense.

Haha. Thanks! This is so sweet. It's a funny little creature. It's pictured in a glorious, hilarious moment in Mr. Jingle's avatar. :op

Kanye West is a classless ass. I am not a fan of Taylor Swift's music, but she seems like a perfectly lovely young woman. Country performers rarely win at the VMA's. This could have been her only chance, and Kanye totally took that moment away from her. He behaved like a spoiled child.  At least Beyonce had the grace to give Taylor Swift an opportunity to have her moment. West should be banned from future award shows. He clearly has no idea how to behave in public.

Kanye West apologized for his "rude" behavior on Jay Leno's new show that premiered last night.
Sometimes I wonder if its all just a big publicity stunt ?? Who knows...

We think it was no accident that it just happened to occur right before the Jay Leno premier.

I didn't see the show.  But I think that MTV thinks that their audience needs to see something outrageous in order to be entertained.  So, I would suspect that the producers of the show set this up as a "memorable moment", if not directly, then indirectly by encouraging Kanye to be as outrageous as possible during the show - or something like that.

I can't stand Kanye West. I'm always getting him and his Greenland-sized ego mixed up with his equally annoying Döppelganger, Sean "I Change My Stage Name Every Ten Minutes" Combs, also known as P. Diddy, Puff Daddy, Diddy, and Dinky and whatever else he has dubbed himself. They both think they're far more influential to pop culture than they really are. Pimp Daddy was the one who was hooting and hollering like a wild animal on MTV when Obama was elected president. And then there's Kanye's comment about "GEORGE BUSH  DOES NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE," and now this. Ugh. I wish they'd both just be exiled from The Galaxy and sent to live on Magrathea, where they can.... can.... sodomise each other with blinged out shutter shades. For all eternity.

I had just started wondering what Kanye West was doing at Virginia Military Academy, when I figured the title out. I'm still stuck in the 1860s, apparently.
