I had a day of speaking like a frunk today, very very embarrassing.  I was trying to tell my boss something, and i just couldn't get the words out coherantly, it took 3 tries before i could actually say what i was trying to say.  Not a pleasant 5 min, really doesn't seem professional!  :(

I lol'd at it. I tend to have a weird auto-message that replies to someone when I'm away.
