But I have a question about the back cover... is that a real bootleg, or some fan art? I've never heard of this source being bootlegged after the initial release about 30 years ago.

I obtained this CD by Yahoo! auction (the most popular internet auction in Japan) 2 years ago.
I think perhaps this is a home-made CD from the vinyl bootleg by the exhibitor.
And I think he made the back cover by oneself.
(The name of the exhibitor was already deleted, and I was not able to contact with him again.)
