Brian's WWRY appearances?

This is a wierd question, but does anyone have any idea if there is any way to predict Brian's appearances in WWRY the musical?  Its just that I know he often does play in new places, and its coming to Ireland in January, so I'm trying to figure out when he's most likely to appear, if he does appear.  He has family in Dublin, so I'm hoping he'll decide to kill two birds with one stone - come play and see his family!  Also QPR didn't play in Ireland on their tour, which could mean he doesn't like playing here, or that he will play to appease the Irish fans who wanted QPR.  I would chew off my foot for a chance to see him, so if anyone has any clue when he might be likely to appear...  I'm figuring either opening night or closing night.  Opening seems more likely to me, but on the other hand, the cast will have enough pressure playing in a new place without the added pressure of playing with him.  Also, they like to go out with a bang, so for that reason it could be the last night.  Maybe i should just take a week off work and go every night!  :) 
This is so self-centred, I shouldn't even post it - (whiny voice: "I wanna see Brian!  Everybody has to help me!")  But I really would appreciate any ideas anyone has.  And yes, I know that I should be a purist, and refuse to go on principle, but I'm not.  I never saw a Queen or QPR concert, this is the closest I can get right now.

I'd say he would play at the press night, which is the Thursday night (I think) as I'd imagine someone official will be there at the show to meet the press.

Aha, aha.  Thanks, i didn't think of that.  Is there any way of finding out for sure when the press night is?  They're here for more then one thursday, do you know which it would be?  Surely the press wouldn't wait until the closing night?  They open on Monday the 11th and close Thursday the 21st i think.  I still haven't anyone to go with though, most of my friends don't go to that kind of thing.  Now if it was Oasis... or Michael Buble...  or a piano recital...  then I'd have no problem, but i'm going to have my work cut out for me trying to find someone to go.
