i'VE TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE TORRENT BUT I GET A CONNECTION REFUSED ERROR(IN FACT i GET THAT BY ALL THE DOWNLOADS FROM THIS SITE). WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Download it from megaupload, the link still works. Regarding torrents - which client are you using ? It's recommended to use uTorrent with this tracker
