If you cannot download, try the following: delete all the cookies in your browser, close the browser and restart it. Maybe some old cookies are in the way. Richard is aware of the problem and has solved it for most users but maybe some still have this problem.

While I look up what facetious means, can you elaborate how you can be so sure that this is indeed Yara? I still think its a clone, but it is also possible that Yara forgot her password and now created a new profile (that would explain the dot and the newbie status). But like I mentioned before, Yara does not post in her "Good Day", "Have a great day" way any more. So I still feel this is someone lese mimicing her style.
