Well, generally we adore and admire greatly the artwork you provide to us, dear Alex. Really, it usually is superb, and it is nice downloading an excellent Pitrek productions release, and having it beautifully enhanced by your wizard with artwork.

But this time it took you three days to deliver that to us. 72 hours.
This is not possible we continue dealing with you, and we are forced to cancel our previous deals. 72 hours is just much too long. We don't understand why it takes you that long to make some artwork ... Are you lazy at work ? Been hanging aroung in the clubs all night long, and now you are not quite productive ? That's insane. You should stop dr$ù*^]ç%ing and cl=%$*!bing all night long and keep that for the weekends. We, your dear clients, are clearly upset by the fact you seem to forget the urgent need that we have of your products. Plus, the first link didn't work !!! Do you realize ?
This situation is not bearable anymore.

We ask for a refund.
