Saying the Beatles are crap is a profoundly immature comment. Nobody on the planet can say that their work is crap... maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but they were ground breaking and are THE most celebrated band ever to walk the earth.  Jimi H, I know absolutely nothing of, but again I'm not doubting his addition to modern music and how talented he must have been to be so adored.

To compare yourself to either is beyond belief btw. I do take it your just trying to wind up some members here?

yea he can be too much sometimes, the things he says are over the top , and while i think our music is quite good , im not saying we are the best in the world , there is so much to accomplish before you can even consider to say that ur one of the best.  The thing is also , our material is just in demo stages , havent really made them in a real studio so thats why it can sound a bit crappy sometimes.

And i hate to brag and stuff like he does. I create the music for myself and if people like it , thats even better but if they dont , who cares , im still gonna do music for myself, cause in my opinion , music sucks these days.

It’s a shame he posted on this message board with the name “Treasure Moment”, he turned your band into a walking joke because of his blind ignorance and attitude. Now when people see something by Treasure Moment they don’t even bother listening and just criticise it.
It must be a real downer for you, who really seems to want creative input and supportive criticisms in order to get better.

I mean ya , if your on ur way up and have had some success and you believe in ur music , then yea his antics could be for the better (when everybody hates u , you still get attention even if its not good attention) but i dont like attention that way , i want attention for the right reasons, for making music that people enjoy just as much as i do.

My suggestions:

1) Ditch the loudmouth ignoramus and find somebody else.

2) Change the band name.  "Treasure Moment" just doesn't make any linguistic sense, unless your general target market is people whose first language isn't English.

Then people may listen more openly to what you have to offer...

The name Treasure Moment , ive thought about just making it right by adding EVERY , Treasure every moment, but didnt cause i felt it was too long , but now when i think about it ,maybe i should do that.

  Wow... I only listened for about half a minute.. its all I could stand. Ever think of not trying to sing out of key?  Sounds like a bad karoake night at the bar.. and you guys are a professional band? Don't give up your day jobs...

 One other thing.. if you are going to do a tribute song at least make it worthy of the musicians mentioned.. this one doesn't even come close.

this is just a demo , and i dont think its out of tune, its not perfect but its not out of tune.

Shockingly, I'd have to agree. Although I WOULDN'T put it past them to rip off a song or two to form a 'new' song (I'm somehow not 100% convinced I should call this a TM 'original'), this one was actually listenable to a degree, which is saying something.

Although I still think TM are still dead and not a real functioning band unit.


Now, TM here's an idea for your next song. Perhaps, you could be [i]inspired[/i] *cough cough* by MJ's "This Is It", and make a new song that goes a little like this...
