I'm mortified.  Playing guitar into the wee hours using headphones has been a lifesaver for me - but I'm getting an ominous low pitched ringing in my left ear.  Like tinnitus but really bassy.  :(   I can't play for more than 5 minutes without my left ear going bonkers.
