We have discussed this on QZ already some months ago. Ivan Kral is a Czech musician who toured with Patti Smith. He's a close friend of our former president and he's an "independent" (underground) musician. I really doubt he would sell his footage for money. For him it's just rock'n'roll. Maybe he will shows us more, maybe not but I think he doesn't care much :) Besides that, the youtube video is "best of". He has just a few minutes of footage.
