Yes, after listening the whole stuff (and not just the instrumental intro) I realized that the rest is somebody Metallica song from "Justice" (I don't recall the name now) and screaming "the unblinking eye" :)
Cool! It really sounds like a strange cross (pun intended!) between "Happiness", "Electric Fire" and Roger Waters' solo stuff.

I think lyrically its quite awful really. To have something rhyming with Afghanistan is pretty lame. A bit like, 'Africa' by Toto, but atlease that was musically justified and interesting. Hurts me to say it but This man wrote A kind of magic?!
