I've seen alot of Queen concerts but I was just curious to know if "Nevermore" was ever performed in concert and if so is there any footage or video of this? I would think it would have served good as part of a medley or something.

I don't think so...
Not sure.
Would have been in the 1970's, they don't sing it in any of the 80's shows.

99.9% sure the answer is no.
The closest thing to a live version is the BBC version recorded on 4-3-74.

No it was never performed by Queen at all, anytime over the years.
Though it would of been a nice addition to the medley at the time.

AFAIK, Roger's roadie used to beg Freddie to play it, but he was never successful.

How can you be 100% sure? Did you attend every show on the Queen II tour, or have heard a recording of every show?

I once heard they did a Fairy Feller's Master Stroke improv at one concert. Someone posted this a long time ago on this very message board. Whether this is true, I don't know, but it's interesting nonetheless.

They played it at Knebworth.

I guess the Knebworth thing is suppose to be sarcasm. I've heard that show so know that's not true but anyways......thanks to all who tried to find it or answered my question...

.the nearest the y got to doing it live i suppose was at langham 1 studios, london, for the bbc sessions on april 3rd 1974. i own a bootleg of this recording and it is a little gem.seen them live 7 times (77-86) and it was never performed then.
it's amazing how this song seems to be held in such high regard, so beautifully exquisite as it is. ive experienced non queen fans hearing this and being completely bowled over by it .for me, this and the criminally underrated 'the night comes down' present queen at their most subtle beautiful.
