I've purchased the Absolute Greatest book.cd from Amazon UK, but when I try to access the bonus videos online (using Firefox, naturally) it says my disk is invalid!
What gives
Any ideas?

Where are you?
You must insert the Absolute Narrative CD in the CD/DVD drive.
...and click your heels three times.
Im in the UK.
Thanks, I emailed Queen Onine and tehy sent me a vinyl code, so I can access it now.
Hardly worth the effort, it's just a few teaser clips to annoy us just like the Rare Live video did way back when

KevoM, is the Paris 79 clip multi-cam or just the one camera?

Just one camera.
Which makes an interesting question. Now that tracks like You Take My Breath Away from Houston 77 are officially released, dose that mean to say that these gigs cannot be downloaded from here
I bought the book and managed to view and download the videos. It worked on Youtube format.

I can email the videos to you but I don't know how to email thro' QZ and whether attachments work in this email.
TCC: Can you upload them to Rapidshare?

Do you SERIOUSLY believe they have something more than on the QTV video we all have?
Believe nor disbelief applies here, because evidence can make the assertion true or untrue. In this case they do have it, because multi-cam footage from Paris was seen in The Magic Years.
No specific work will have been done on any of the footage for the purpose of streaming them for free - you can be guaranteed of that. So, if only raw footage is readily available - they won't have edited it just for this. There was a clip shown somewhere from Earl's Court where the audio had obviously been remixed - wonder whether the streaming clips have been. And re: Paris - QP are almost guaranteed to have a multitrack recording from the show as well.
The footage from paris 1979 on magic years volume 2 is just a clip from the us "champions" documentary. Yes its multicam, but its proberly all there is. Queen productions only have the one cam version we alle have, only in slightly better quality.

Ah yes, of course it came from the Champions ! So we have to wonder where it came from. But it's probably long gone after 30 years..
Do you have a good copy of The Champions, by any chance? The best we've seen is an svcd version..
I tried to email one of the videos to a major queenzoner here but could not do it because it exceeded the maximum file size set by my ISP.
